Notes regarding Game Masters (GMs) and Developers (Devs):
- They are based in a system unreachable by normal players
- They cannot be reached by In-Game EVE Mails
- They are allowed to access anything that is in-game
- They have their own special rules
- You are not allowed to ask a Dev or GM for free items in-game
