Have split the table as requested (first time I've ever done such a thing). Table requires at least a blank line in front of the first header otherwise the HTML does bad things to the whole page. (Karia Icehawk)

I agree it should be split into an alphabetical categorization, but only as needed and only in the broadest way possible. I.e., "A-M, N-Z"... "A-D", "E-H", etc. No need to make it more complicated than it has to be. --Gridwalker 04:29, 17 December 2008 (UTC)
