The Late Night Alliance <GHEY> is one of the newly-formed Militia-oriented Alliances created when it became possible for Alliances to join militia factions. It is currently a major force in the Minmatar Militia. It was founded by the corporation The Innocent Criminals, along with established militia corporations KA POW POW Inc, Ice Fire Warriors, Minmatar Special Ops. Group, Fat Ugly Guys Security, Vitharr's Vengeance and BlackSite Prophecy, with Autocannons Anonymous and Valkyr Industries joining afterwards. These corporations are generally accepted to be among the strongest and most active in the Minmatar militia.

The name Late Night Alliance comes from a years-old tradition of several corporations and their pilots, primarily from North American timezones, forming fleets on an almost nightly basis, and the term "Late Night" (sometimes "Late Nite") became a moniker of these players used by friend and foe alike.
