A three(?) room deadspace complex with Guristas NPCs.
First room:
Kill the Guristas Port Authority to unlock the warpgate. Other rats can be ignored.
Second room:
All rats need to be killed in order to unlock the gate.
Third room:
The site can escalate and drop Pith C-type loot at the very end.
