Developers and Game Masters

Eve Online is developed by CCP Games, operating out of offices in Reykjavik, Shanghai, and Atlanta.
Eve Online's Game Masters are a department within CCP that serve as the game's Customer Service department.
In-game, CCP is represented by the Polaris system. While each CCP employee has an in game character alias, they generally can't be reached by these characters. You cannot ask the Developers or Game Masters for free items.
