However the logistics of meeting all the impossibly exotic demands made by [[Lucius Vindictus (Character)|Lucius Vindictus]] proved too difficult for his company to overcome. By Yr-112 Lucius fired Kemdiya Family Constructions and [http://www.eveonline.com/ingameboard.asp?a=topic&threadID=1288265 offered the contract up for bidding]. [[Gemma Naquist (Character)|Gemma Naquist]] of [[Kuomi Logistics (Player corporation)|Kuomi Logistics]] earned the contract and built the palace.
