An Armageddon is the cheapest battleship in the Amarr lineup.

Remember it's based on opinion

PVE

The armageddon has various uses although it isn't used commonly as a sniper. But I personally fit the Armageddon for mission running. Here's my fit:

7x Dual heavy pulse laser Is (Standard L or Ultraviolet L)

1x utility slot (I would use a tractor beam or salvager)

1x 100mn afterburner I (microwarpdrive, named afterburner, etc.)

1x Target Painter (webs wouldn't be effective at long ranges)

1x cap booster or cap recharger

1x 1600mm armor plating

1x Large Armor Repairer

1x Co-processor (my fit didn't have enough CPU)

4x assorted or same armor hardeners

1x Emergency Damage Mod

Drones

5x berserker I

This is a my Mission running fit. I had broke out the calculator to figure out the amount of powergrid used. I did this for CPU too. The afterburner is there to go faster. The berserker Is do explosive damage which is effective to armor. The pulse lasers will do EM damage which is most effective to shield. So this causes a feared combination.

PVP

I don't know much about PVP so I'm leaving it to the other contributors. All I know is.

7x Large guns

1x utility slot

3x utility mid slots

8x tanking low slots
