POS = Player-owner Starbase

Guide?

Is there a guide availble for setting up / skill requirements / assets for putting up your own POS? If there is can we have a link? If there isn't someone awesome should make one. This page provides an excellent resource of factual information on the capabilities of starbases, which is excellent, however I still don't know how I would go about setting one up.

Inaccuracy?

Need info on X-Large Ship Assembly Array. Also, Large Ship Assembly Array CAN create Freighters and Orcas.

Refining Array yield cap
