While going over the links for the Cynabal i noticed there aren't any fittings so i'm submitting my own setup.
This particular setup is dual propulsion fitted to escape enemy gate camps using the afterburner if you become warp scrambled. The projectile rigs couple with the 425mm Autocannons allow the cynabal to stay out of both web & disruptor range. Using Barrage M you get a accuracy falloff of roughly 34km you can take advantage of the falloff by swapping the Disruptor for a Republic Fleet Warp Disruptor which has a 30km disruptor range.
