Please note: This can be acquired in Jakela Plantation in Hjoramold IX. Probes are needed to find it. Also you will need a Hacker ID Slice to activate the gate. It looks like a very easy place with only 3 groups (3 frigs and 3 cruisers each) and a total bounty of 500,000isk. But it is not: I recommend a well fitted BC.
