These blueprints are used by a Rorqual's Industrial Core to compress of ore and ice into smaller volumes, allowing large amounts of it to be more easily shipped. They can only be used by the Rorqual and require industrial reconfiguration skill at level 1+ plus the relevant ore processing skill, ice processing for all kinds of ice, at level 4+ to use.
