This Complex is accessible only to Destroyers and Frigates (including their Tech 2 variants)
First room is doable in a strong t1. Second room gets a bit higher in dps but still very easy in an omni-tanked Assault Ship.
This site spawned a True Sansha's Minion when I ran it.
