Travel to Tervis Jak's location (Tar) and speak with him. He is an Agent in Space; to complete the mission simply approach his ship, select him and either use the right-click menu to speak to him or the button above your overview. Speaking to him completes the mission automatically and he offers you the next one. (Of Interest)
