Tovoni is the username of the adolescent leader of the small mining corperation the Hellbenders Mining Division. He set up the entire Corp up by himself and operates out of Britain and as such is not keen on recruiting people from timezones much outside GMT +/- 2. He also runs the wordpress blog "Memoirs of a Carebear". The ongoing blog about his ongoing struggle to survive in the harsh financial world of EvE.
