A POS with hardeners and no defenses other than ECM. ECM mods have a ton of HP, more than heavy guns, and of course they jam people trying to kill the POS.
The basic idea is that while the POS won't kill anyone, it is an absolutely gigantic pain in the rear end to actually kill a POS set up like that. Ergo, only dicks set one up to be dicks to other people trying to conquer space; ergo, dickstar.[1]
