I think that it would make more sense to have this page as the main /wiki/Sovereignty page, with a link to the page about the skill, rather then the other way around.

Question about Constellation Sovereignty Benefits:
Does this faster claiming applies to unclaimed systems only?
Are tower onlined in "claimed" (sov 1-3) count in for sov calculation after 1 day or 7 days, if the system is taking advantaged of a constellation sovereignty?
