Our alliance:
The 101010 Alliance is a gathering of corporations that value a good atmosphere and teamspirit.
Most of our members are active in the mission, ratting and complex running field. Some of them are miners, others are busy in industry.
While our alliance is not a PvP entity as such, we do have a strong anti-pirate policy and we will engage them especially in lower security area's. We believe that 0.0 space should be available to everyone and as such we are here to help out and initiate newer players into 0.0.
The 101010 Alliance, today, has new and experienced players, even with capital ship capability. We have multiple POS, a strong industry back-end and a respectable and sizeable PvP capability.

Our alliance is allied with the CVA alliance. We uphold amarian values since we believe that those are in-line with our own.
Alliance Goals

We promote collaboration between pilots regarding missions, exploration, mining, ratting and industry. The 101010 Alliance is non-smacktalk, non-pirate and we operate under a NRDS policy (Not Red Don't Shoot). Our mid to long term mission is to claim and secure a part of 0.0 space, in close co-operation with our neighboring alliance friends. In order to accomplish this we continue to seek out partnerships and good standings in our systems of operation.
Joining up with 101010 Alliance
Alliances that are willing to merge or corporations that are willing to join are invited to contact either Jompa, Rolgarson or Leffe. Please indicate to us your motivation. Our recruitment process is such that all member corporations will have a saying on your application and we will generaly decide within a week and let you know.
From that moment onwards, we'll ask you to relocate your 0.0 assets to 9uy and you will get access to our alliance controled POS.

2. Alliance Core Team (aka ACT) The Alliance Core Team is a group of people that represents the alliance in its day to day business. The Core Team speaks in name of all alliance CEO's and Directors and as such deal with the day to day management of the alliance. The following functions are defined on the level of the Core Team:
Alliance Leader: Jompa(Firman) Alliance Diplo's: Leffe, Rolgarson, Exec Order Alliance Fleet Commanders: Demose Alliance Industry and Logistics coordinator: Jalaal (Demio's)
3. Alliance Finances The Alliance requires funds for a number of reasons: - We need a compensation funds for our pvp-ers. They make sure that the rest of the alliance benefits from POS spots and that we can 'use' the 0.0 space in they way we are using it. However, pvp-ers do have losses from time to time and they should be compensated to an extend. - Alliance ship project. Several ships could benefit the alliance, from freighters to rorquals to capital ships. - More money means more possibilities for the alliance.
In order to cater for the Alliance executor corporation will manage all the funds of the alliance. The funding will exist of contributions in the form of alliance fees. These fees need to be paid by each corporation at the beginning of each month. This alliance fee amounts to 2mil/month/member. This means that a 40 member corporation needs to pay on the 1st of the month 80 mil to the Alliance executor corporation. The funds will be divided into 2 wallet divisions, one called savings for the funding of alliance ships and one called pvp fund which will be used to pay for ship losses (see pvp insurance) The alliance executor corporation will report on the funds at the beginning of each month.
4. PvP Insurance The alliance PVP insurance will be "funded" by the Alliance Executor corporation. The PvP insurance will payout ship losses under the following circumstances:
1/ The loss needs to occur during an alliance PVP operation led by an alliance FC (see core team compostion for a list of FC's)
2/ The payout will be as follows: T1 Battleship, HAC, Command Ships, Heavy Dictors, Logisitcs: 40mil T1 BC: 10mil Interceptor: 4mil T1 Cruiser: 2mil T1 Frig: 0.5mil
3/ They payout will occur by the FC's who can get an advance out of the PVP fund by simple request to the Alliance Executor Corporation.
5. Call to Arms From time to time and for a specific reason or request, it is necessary that all alliance members get into a pvp ship in order to defend the alliance interests. During such times, EVERYONE needs to help out and in order to make sure this happens, a call to arms procedure is created.
Call To Arms procedure:
1/ An Alliance FC puts in alliance mail the following message: "CALL TO ARMS: Everyone goes immediately to system XX in a PVP ship". The FC will put in his mail the start date and probable duration of the Call To Arms. A Call To Arms will probably last several days. 2/ From that moment on, everyone stops what he is doing and responds to the call. Pilots take their best affordable PVP ship and go to the mentioned location. These locations will always be close to our alliance area of operation, currently Providence. 3/ Pilots not responding will be identified. Their respective CEO's will be asked to remedy the fact why they did not join the call. 4/ The Call To Arms procedure puts the alliance in a state of war. This is not done lightly. The Call To Arms procedure will be issued after a majority vote of the Core Team.
