A hero tank is an unexpected strong tank which allows often the pilot in a battle to survive against all odds and to the utter amazement of both friends and foes.
Hero tanking is a rare thing and a great element of surprise which can swing the favour of the battle, making the hero tanker even more heroic.
The Sixth Alliance Tournament saw several occasions of hero tanking.
Very usefully tream in the eve slang. Even the small ship like vigil can do this ref to above.
