Because of the way the item database was set up, [[Sovereignty]] should really be [[Sovereignty (Skill)]], but takes the top level slot because it is an item in the ItemDB. Sovereignty, the skill, has nothing to do with Sovereignty, the mechanic. Thus they don't share anything in common that would encourage them to be merged. Since we can't move the skill to a new page due to the technical restriction, the best that can be done is add a disambiguation to the mechanic. Merge Sovereignty (Mechanics) to Sovereignty
Instead of adding link from the Sovereignty to Sovereignty (Mechanics) or creating Disambiguation page, rather move the content from Sovereignty (Mechanics) to Sovereignty. Disambiguation would create a situation where there is one empty article, one short one and one decent one vs. the present one empty and one decent.
