Exact locations of this dodgy capsuleer vary though seem to be around the Amarr Empire regions. Locator agents have repeatedly failed
Several other capsuleers are suppoedly affiliated with this rogue though the Empires are resolute in forbidding any release of their names while they are under investigation.
