An ISK transfer is when ISK passes from one character to another.
This may be via trading, sending ISK, or contracts.
To send ISK to another character, simply right click on their name and choose Give Money.
To give ISK to a character who is not online (such as an alt), locate them through People and Places and then right click on their name and choose Give Money.
