Khanid II is not an heir as listed. --SD
- Khanid II's current status is a bit murky. He's on the Privy Council and occupies the same political strata as the other Heirs, but any possible claim for the Khanid Family to the throne is not clear. It may be that it has not been decided or it may just be that they don't wish the truth of the matter to be publicly known. However, he is listed on the NPCs page as an heir as a convenience, because it's the closest to what he is. The NPCs and other similar list pages are not to be taken as strict categorization.--ISD Caleb Kang 18

Even on the other pages in the evelopedia though, he is listed as not having an Heir status. His acceptance to the Privy Council is conditional [1] < 4th paragraph. --SD

Would it be possible to add Gavit Torash to the section on holders? He was instrumental in a number of live events a couple fo years back...
