Even on the other pages in the evelopedia though, he is listed as not having an Heir status.  His acceptance to the Privy Council is conditional [http://wiki.eveonline.com/en/wiki/Year_YC111_June#Empire_and_Kingdom] < 4th paragraph. --SD

Khanid II's current status is a bit murky. He's on the Privy Council and occupies the same political strata as the other Heirs, but any possible claim for the Khanid Family to the throne is not clear.
