Now titled 'Industrial Student' Fate, he went on to graduate with minor honors in the industrial piloting program, with a secondary focus in advanced drone engineering.
Investigation Notes: Cpt Drumar, Federation Navy Intelligence
In keeping with the edicts of this office, preliminary and at times detailed intelligence and historical reports are being compiled for capsuleer pilots of interest to the Federation. This file represents an on-going effort to keep true to this mandate.

Fate's curriculum seems to follow his upbringing. As the only son to Metalurgist Jacque Martine II and Drone Engineer Marie Martine, his Federation studies seemed to focus on a blending of both parent's disciplines. Fate later attempted to enroll into the advanced special warfare school at the Academy but was ultimately denied due to some undeclared psychological findings. The report states only that 'for reasons left unstated here, Student Fate has been deemed psychologically unfit for deployment into the program for reasons attributable to his heritgae.'
It is speculated by this office that this statement refers to now known deficiencies in Fate's 'rebirth.' While the process of Rebirth is distinct and not uncommon to the Intaki, Fate is evidence that the process is not fool-proof. Whatever error was made in his Rebirth, it has caused periodic mood-swings or 'flashback' memories to, at times to his detriment, over take him. It is possible that the habits that Fate has developed int he years since have been different mechanisms to cope with this on-going problem.
Note: Xavier Fate, at the time of this writing had stopped regularly taking Drop and Blue pill. Additionally, he is believed to no longer produce Mindflood, but is known to still periodically take the booster and even sometimes distribute it. Fate still appears to suffer from alcoholism.

Summary:
Terminal Manufacturing Systems, CEO/Founder
This pilot began his career and almost immediately signed onto the Placid-based industrial corporation Krysalis Industries, under the leadership of Maxell Snow and flew in the company of Natalcya Katla. Supporting the corporation, as well as the efforts of the fledgeling "Placid Reborn" movement was a passion for Xavier. By his own account, he was inspired by Snow's leadership and beliefs.
Perhaps it was this inspiration that led him to follow Snow into the Stain region in self-imposed exile from Empire space when they chose to side with Sansha's Nation under the banner of True Core, led at the time by Lillith Blackheart. Izzy Chan, True Core's Second-in-Command, later founded the Sansha's Nation Loyalist corporation Naqam after True Core was disbanded.
Fate, meanwhile left True Core and returned to Empire space and, after an extended period of relative quiet, signing on with Phoenix Wing for reasons not entirely declared. Fate has since moved back and forth between his support for the Federation and his support for Nation. Recently, the pilot appears to have forsaken all ties to Nation and actively fights for the Federal Defense Union under the corporation Eleutherian Guard.
Known Activities:
As an industrial focused graduate of the Academy, Fate originally focused on pursuits in study and engineering, with a solid primer in mining and refining. These pursuits later grew and Fate has been known to subscribe to extended periods of heavy production - utilizing his advanced understanding of modern production automation to produce a significant amount of products in relatively short periods.
Additionally, Fate continues to study and improve on standard Federation drone designs and works with CreoDron actively in this effort. One example of this would be while he was running Terminal Manufacturing Systems. For the entire year of YC110, Fate was one of the largest producers of advanced drone technologies in the Tash-Murkon region.
Due perhaps to the issues described above with Fate's psychological history, Fate has skillsets spread into virtually every aspect of capsuleer life. He is an accomplished small and medium vessel combatant. He is an experienced CEO and market manager. Additionally, he is an exceptional engineer and producer with a significant capacity for research project management. His flexibility is perhaps both his greatest asset and his greatest detractor. His lack of focus means that he has never truly mastered anything (save for perhaps mineral acquisition) and yet he has ample expertise in numerous areas.
At present, Fate appears to be consistent and genuine in his support for the Federation but it is the opinion of this investigator that only time will tell which way the winds of change may blow him.
Xavier Fate is known to base his current work in the Orvolle system in the Eleutherian Guard Headquarters there, under the leadership of Seriphyn Inhonores.
