Valsas en Dilat
Valsas en Dilat is an ascetic Intaki polymath who conceived the Zephyr as demonstration of minimalist starship design[1].
The Arek'Jalaan project
During the initial stages of the Arek'Jalaan project, the zephyr was proposed as the ideal vessel for exploring sleeper bases, as it did not get targeted by sleepers.
In order to find out why that is, it was proposed to ask Valsas en Dilat. To that end Tykari_(Character) and Eliniale members of the project started their search in Intaki by broadcasting on all fequencies.
This followed:

A trip by the same Arek'Jalaan members was undertaken to syndicate[2]
, however this met with no succes. Trowaway comm relays that would alert them to the mention of Valsas en Dilat were left behind, so far to no avail.
Some time later Gina Ji also decided to search for him. Although no extra hints were discovered relating to Valsas en Dilat's whereabouts, an abandoned research project in 3-IN0V[3] was discovered.
