Having earned a reputation as one of Amarrian's most controversial dissidents –Revan Neferis is probably more deserving of the moniker "Dangerous Lady" than many pod combat pilots. Trillionaire Cultist, proclaimed Sovereign of the Cult of Bloodveil member of the Sani Sabik Faith.
The Bloodveil Sect: Definition
A group of genetically-enhanced individuals (at least at the highest echelons) which include many of the Universe's wealthiest people, top political leaders, and corporate elite, as well as members of the so-called Black Nobility of Amarr.
Their modus Operandi is to affect control over politics, business and warfare and to dramatically reduce the cluster's population by allowing only the strong of each race to reproduce and a number of the population who will live to feed the needs and minds of their leaders. While the name The Blood Raider Covenant is the term used loosely to refer to anyone involved in this stream of faith, the study of exactly who makes up these groups is a complex and intricate one.
The Black Nobility
The Apocrypha, Book of Initiations III, verses 8-11:
These people earned the title of "Black" nobility from their ruthless lack of scruple. They employ murder, torture, kidnapping, assassination, bankrupting of opposing citizens or companies, robbery, and all manner of deceit on a grand scale, brooking no opposition to attaining their objectives. These all have immense wealth. And money is power.
Most if not all the crowned and uncrowned heads of these nobilities enjoy huge incomes from ground rents. All favour strategies calculated to end all industrial stagnation, and by famine, disease and wars, eliminate the excess population industry supports. They ardently desire boundaries to be broken. While professing Amarrian faith, the noble families, for the greater part, actually despise it in secret. Sani Sabik ideology provides their religious fulfilment. And without limits, they have no belief in reward or punishment and a world to come. They live for the here and now. Many of these oligarchies are in the drug and arms trade through well-distanced intermediaries (like so many of the large banks and veiled institutions commanded by Amarrian Holders)

That's...almost incredible. The prose was moving and creative, the motivation twisted and maniacal. You win, Revan: you've turned random chaos into an art form of entertainment. I find myself intrigued...which makes me feel unclean in the highest order, but I cannot deny the sentiment.
