When warping to beacon:

This deadspace complex is occupied by the Centus soldiers of Sansha's Nation. The area serves as a military outpost, allowing their troops to rearm their weapon systems, repair personal cyberimplants and process surveillance data. The complex also stores the cryo-chambers for hundreds of Sansha reserves.

When warping to first room:

This pocket within the deadspace complex contains the entrance acceleration gate, along with an array of mindcontrol units, used to broadcast commands to Centus Sansha troops within the solarsystem.

When warping to second room:

This sector of the complex serves as a defense perimeter for the outpost headquarters housed beyond the acceleration gate. The area has been reported to be well defended with numerous light fighter frigates. The security officer on duty is responsible for passing out securitycards necessary to be cleared through the gate towards the recuperation camp.

The first room is guarded by a single Sansha Frigate that needs to be destroyed before one can proceed.
