Former History - Controlled Chaos [TROLL]

Way Back When

April 2008

Controlled Chaos (or “TROLL”) was founded by Amira Lorien, CEO of Not Like Most, and based in Fade after securing a rental agreement with Triumvirate. Shortly after the temporary disbandment of Triumvirate. in May 2008, TROLL essentially homless returned to empire to focus on corporation recruitment and Industry establishment.

Sage Eveo, CEO of Interwarp Plexus (now Trojan Trolls), took on the alliance as executor from Amira following her announcement of an extended break from game and the [Not Like Most] corp disbandment in June 2008. The first step under new leadership involved a re-deployment from empire to Kador low-sec, where the alliance established military infrastructure and began pirating under the pretext of “keeping home secure”.

Syndicate Debut

August 2008 – February 2009

Controlled Chaos moved to Solitude to better fit its pilots growing hunger for PvP, while allowing their still maturing Industrial wing to progress. During deployment in Solitude, TROLL began etching into the wounders of nearby NPC 0.0, Syndicate, with mixed success. In early September the alliance joined forces with The Red Skull & Veritas Immortals in TXW-, re-deploying to PC9- on a campaign against rival alliances Huzzah Federation & Tygris Alliance shortly after.

After several months of campaigning, the executor corporation of The Red Skull announced their withdrawal from the alliance. Sage Eveo, the executor of Controlled Chaos was extended an invitation to take on leadership of The Red Skull, which eventuated in a consolidation of Controlled Chaos corporations into The Red Skull shortly after discussions were entered. This consolidation was reversed several weeks later, with an announcement from Sage, advising The Red Skull was being forcedly disbanded and the strongest corporations extended an invitation to reform under the TROLL ticker. Following the reformation, TROLL settled into the JQV constellation of Syndicate where they engaged with foe/friend/foe’s Huzzah Federation, Empire of Serenity & Cry Havoc.

Outer/Cloud Ring Vacation

February 2009 – April 2009

After completing their very first mercenary contract in Curse, the alliance was extended an invitation to join what became known as the “HEX” coalition to invade Cloud Ring. A campaign was waged against Dara Cothrom & allies which was met with large resistance when Cry Havoc, Mostly Harmless and other Northern Coalition entitles became involved. Concluding the Cloud Ring campaign Controlled Chaos absorbed an allied alliance, Eradication Alliance, and took settle in 57-YRU during the month of April.

Wild in the Great Lands

May 2009 – October 2009

After an invitation from friends The Hull Miners Union (later Gentlemen's Club) and Cult of War , TROLL re-deployed to Great Wildlands to explore new opportunities. After various campaigns along side GC & COW, the alliance made a bold political move and joined forces with Minor Threat against Atlas Alliance. Intense fighting against Atlas proceeded which in the end was too much for TROLL and their allies. For the most part, TROLL was consolidated into the Trojan Trolls [TROLL] corporation after a short regroup in their homeland of Syndicate. The corp relocated to Period Basis as a Zenith Affinity corporation and later north as a Mostly Harmless corporation before co-founding Controlled Chaos [WTF].

Recent History - Controlled Chaos [WTF]

Political Beginning

May 2010

Controlled Chaos (or "WTF") was founded by several former Mostly Harmless corporations. These included Trojan Trolls, THORN Syndicate, Erasers Inc, Svea Rike, and Pacific Dawn.

The initial proposal of forming a new alliance was raised by Lucian James (then Snr FC of MH) as tensions raised amongst corporation leadership in regards to handicaps imposed by MHs council leadership. During these initial discussions, Sage Eveo proposed rebirthing Controlled Chaos with a different ticker then that shared by his corp. This was agreed amongst founding corporations and the alliance, Controlled Chaos [WTF], was formed on May 6th 2010.

In July 2010 following an extended absence of the then CEO, Ender Fal, the alliance was restructured with Sage Eveo as Alliance Leader. Today the alliance continues to operate under a dictatorship in addition to three timezone specific executive officers and supporting Military and Industry chiefs. Since conception, WTF has continued to expand with the addition of several corporations from primarily allied alliances.

Best Friends Forever

June 2011

For the first nine months the alliance stood officially as a RAZOR Alliance guest within the Northern Coalition's structure. Controlled Chaos was inducted as a full member of the Northern Coalition on June 24, 2011.
