If the first room is cleared when you arrive, it will respawn.
First Room:
7 Small ships 2 cruisers 9 battleships 10 sentry towers
to access 2nd room you need Angel Platinum Tag Or kill the Smuggler Commander and the gate becomes open
Second room:
First wave:
16 Small various ships 12 cruiser/battlecruisers 17 Battleships
2nd wave:
By attacking the shipyard it forces the 2nd wave to spawn.
