NISYN Inc is an alliance holding it's headquarters in The Forge, but focussing on a nomadic existence for it's mobile elements. The alliance has formed itself around a progessive philosphy focussed on conspicuous capitalism and the pragmatic use of territorial resources. This has led to the formation of a charter that promotes the freedom of the individual whilst maintaining a rigid command structure for regular events. The current Executor of NISYN Inc is Aelisha of Nisaba Syndicate.

Charter

The alliance believes in the rights of the individual, but also recognises the needs of the whole. To this end, the following charter was put into place:

Objectives

NISYN Inc has two primary directives, the first is to grow in wealth and numbers, the second is to provide an environment where individuals who believe in our mission to freely roam and use the full extent of the EvE cluster can join like-minded individuals.

Core Careers

The alliance holds group-based careers as the best path to cohesive fleet performance, and so Incursions and Null-Sec Ratting are the two core professions supported at an alliance level. Regular operations for Incursions are a key feature of NISYN Inc.

Wormhole operations are in discussion, pending a suitably successful and willing Wormhole Resident corporation being found to provide that career path. Due to the logistical difficulties of wormhole life, this will by it's nature be a separate career from the alliance mainstream.

Expectations

Members are expected to participate in a weekly operation, which may or may not be the weekly Incursion operation. As long as members are showing themselves to be constructive members of the community, they have a place with NISYN Inc.

Maturity, self-reliance, willingness to participate in fleet combat and support their fellow members are the requirements for every member of NISYN Inc. Failure to live up to these reasonable standards is grounds for immediate expulsion without warning.

All corporations surrender their right to refuse alliance-member participation. They must be inclusive, and any corporation operation is also an alliance operation. We do not segregate our corporations. Corporations running counter to this policy will be ejected.

Bear in mind that you must be able to service one of the core alliance professions, and provide an inclusive, alliance-wide experience.

Ship replacement runs counter to our policy of recruiting self-reliant members, so is not provided. This may vary between corporations.

At the corporation level, 110% collateralised loans will become available in the near future, to assist low-solvency corporations financially, should they require money to expand, and have a sound plan for repayment of funds in a reasonable time-frame. Interest and loan duration will be posted as and when this benefit becomes available.
