Tartarus's single belief is that Caldari's deserve a greater role in the galactic community. Any methods of advancing Caldari's ascension are justified, including illegal or dangerous experimentation, terrorist activities, sabotage and assassination. Tartarus operatives accept that these methods are brutal, but believe history will vindicate them.

Network

Tartarus has operatives planted across New Eden who regularly report to the Illusive Caldarian (true identity and location unknown). Due to their widespread network, Tartarus effectively has intel in almost every region, major corp, and alliance.

It is widely reported that 'The Broker' (an alias and whereabouts currently unknown) works solely for the interests of Tartarus Corp.

Funding

Tartarus is very well-funded. Several suppliers contribute ISK and resources to Tartarus, and trust the Illusive Caldarian to make the right decisions. Tartarus Corp also owns several front corporations which further fund and support their own operations. Spending trends indicate that Tartarus has a reliable income running up to several billions of ISK per month.

While investigation part of the accounts it was recorded that Tartarus donated several billion ISK to The Caldari Providence Directorate.

History

It seems that although the Eve database has only registered the corporation recently along with its CEO and founder, there is strong evidence that the corporation (current CEO excluded as little is know about him) has been going since the collapse of the great Eve Gate thousands of years ago.

R&D

With the highest skilled lab technicans, Tartarus has massive Tech II and Tech III research and development projects.

Location

Unkown. Their registered main office is Sujarento IV - State Protectorate. With a recent tactical team response to this office, Concord was denied access by the State Protectorate. However, it is believed that this is just a front and the office is currently a privately owned station somewhere in a low security system in Caldari State.

Threat Level

Unknown - DED has classified this corporation as terrorists. They have also closed their communications site, Tartarus[1]. Visit with caution.

Amarr Empire, Gallente Federation & the Minmatar Republic have all placed a bounty on members of Tartarus Corp and their Navy has them KOS.
