Serpentis Logistical Outposts are Cosmic Signature that can be found with 4 Scan Probes.



"This is an A-Class repair and resupply post, operated by the Serpentis. Not only is it important to their operations, but has also been rumored to be one of many hideouts utilized by their resistance movement. They are supposedly planning a revolt against the vicious oppression of the shadowy ruling body, the Furies, and will defend themselves and their compatriots with vicious resistance if attacked."


Running the Complex

Expect to have sensor dampeners used against you by both the cruiser and battleship sized NPCs. Be prepared to tank around 1200 DPS (thermal/kinetic and this might be cutting it close for some rooms) while having to be cap stable(so full passive shield or logistics help.) Also be prepared to kill between 3 and 6 tackling frigates per room.

First Room:

On warp in there are 2 frigates, 4 elite cruisers, and 2 battleships. Several respawns happen when you destroy the trigger ships.

Trigger 1: 3 frigates

Trigger 2: 2 cruisers

Trigger 3: 2 battleships and 2 cruisers


Second Room:

Sennen's Tip: This room is particularly dangerous due to the two energy neutralizers. Be packing a Passive tank or friends to kill the towers quickly.

Tactic: Best tactic is to have the tank quickly grab the aggro, have spare ships warp in then attempt to get the neutralizer's aggroed after they spawn. Allowing Tanker not have to worry about Capacitor.

The 2 Energy Neutralizer towers almost always spawn a minute or two after your initial warp in. The room has several sentry/missile towers, 6 frigates, 4 cruisers, and 10 battleships. More frigates will spawn as you kill the trigger ships.

Third Room:

Several sentry/missile towers, 6 frigates, 6 cruisers/BC, and 10 battleships will be in this room. A Shadow battleship may be present in this room.

It's likely upon the destruction of the last ship you will receive a escalation. The escalation is slightly more difficult than the original plex. The same tactics and ships should be able to complete it however.

In case you get the escalation by killing one of the last battleships, a following message appears:



"After disposing of the defenders, you manage to decode some of the surviving ship data-cores. The information contained within those reveals the location of a second facility."


Escalation First Room:

Sennen's Tip

" Warp in with a Pod, Bookmark, Then warp into to that point at 100 to distance from the Neut Towers, and allowing time before foes enter Optimal Range. Snipe the rats, Repeat as needed."


This room has 4 energy neutralizer towers, several sentry/missile towers, 6 frigates, 9 cruisers/BC, and 9 battleships. The energy towers are between 50 and 70 km away from the warp in point. If you're trying to solo this plex you will likely not be able to target the nuet towers because the cruisers and several BS will be heavily sensor dampening you. More tackling frigates may spawn upon the destruction of the first wave of frigates or the energy neutralizers.

Escalation Second Room:

Danger Level: Extremely Dangerous

Sennen's Tip

"There are only two hard parts about this room, the Energy Neutralizer and the long chain of ships. So have lots of ammo, a logistical ship, and a few gang members for DPS. Stealth bomber works wonders on the BSs.

The Neut Tower is a Teir 3, works like a POS Tower Neut it is really strong HP and energy neut wise, and will change targets randomly."


This room starts with 6 frigates, 6 cruiser/BC, and 10 battleships. After a trigger or timer several sentry/missile towers will spawn along with a single energy neutralizer tower. (Haven't finished this room yet so no idea beyond this point.)

Several more BS, Cruiser/BC and Frigate spawns occur - up to 8 BS at a time. DPS is heavy. Eventually - I counted 5 spawns, a Serpentis Overseer 'Uehiro Katsen' appears - he does HEAVY close range damage, webs, warp scrams, and is very fast. He dropped significant loot. Take him out fast, as at least one more spawn appears after him.
