Gives the ability to scan for mineral and other resource deposits on a planet. Increases the accuracy of the scan, and the maximum distance you can scan away from the planet for every skill level. Level 1: Allows scans within 1 light year.
Level 2: Allows scans within 3 light year.
Level 3: Allows scans within 5 light year.
Level 4: Allows scans within 7 light year.
Level 5: Allows scans within 9 light year.
This skill is being released as part of the Tyrannis release.
