General
The Exequror is a cheap and viable RR (Remote Repair) T1 Cruiser for the beginning logistics pilot. It provides a 10% bonus to capacitor need of remote armor repair and a 10% bonus per level to cargo capacity which helps you carrying more capacitor booster charges.
You will also get a 500% range bonus on your RR systems. This will help you to keep enough range and stay away from the heat of battle.
Tank Fitting PVP/PVE
This setup provides you with a long lasting capacitor to use your remote armor repair modules and also with a tank that will help you stay alive a bit. Remember to engage at your optimal range.
Also remember that you need a very good skill set to use this cruiser at his best. You can also exchange the T2 Armor Repair Systems with Meta4 Tech1
