Summary
Overheating is still not popular as it should be. Introducing rigs for Heat reduction would "promote" overheat to new pilots, and the ones already using it will have more options now.
Solution
Implement rigs for Heat reduction for high, medium and low slots. Each one lowers the amount of heat damage applied to the mods/increases their resistance to heat damage for that rack.
