Where did the Ethnic Relations III come from? Wouldn't this be related to the current make up of the corporation since if you are all 1 race you don't need Ethnic Relations at all?--Dex Nederland 20:00, 28 January 2009 (UTC)
Required Skills
Ethnic Relations is certainly not needed in all cases. I just started a vote without it.
It may be that the skills required to start the vote are the same as required to be CEO of the corporation in question (i.e. number of members, diversity of membership). Also, if the new CEO is a different race than the current CEO, Ethnic Relations may be required for the new CEO, even when not required for the old.
