Holder Keraci is an Amarrian Holder and a member of the Kor-Azor Family court. He is a resident of Liparer II. He unintentionally sparked a crisis when representatives of the Kor-Azor court overheard him telling his wife that royal Heir Aritcio Kor-Azor was "not fit to be Heir and belongs in a damn mental institution for his new regulations and sanctions."
