Rakban Vennegh is an Amarrian Holder who is part of the Kor-Azor Family court. His father was executed by Aritcio Kor-Azor for theft, on the word of a man only Aritcio had ever seen.
He was one of the Holders who filed a grievance against Aritcio with the Speakers of Truth. [1]
