Note to self, or any other editors who happen to stumble on this article. In the final paragraph, prior to the bullet pointed list, the first person is used, despite IRC being referred to in the third person in the penultimate paragraph. I have edited the first person to make it more of a reference article as you already stated. Also tacked on a small update on the current situation.
