This page is incorrect. The maximum attribute value is 33, not 30—you forgot the effects of the Learning skill. Indeed, Pilk currently has a Perception attribute of 30.8. Pilk 19:19, 13 March 2009 (UTC)

"You must have at least one assigned attribute point in each attribute." The 5 points you're talking about include the 4 base points, which are not assigned but there by default. The information given is correct, but maybe consider reformulation.
