My one idea is to lock the page, and have the actual submissions go here on the talk page. All submissions would require killboard links, and a template would be put on the main article giving instructions to this effect. Standards for this article
Several titans on this list are either nonexistent, or are misleading. Fact-checking this sort of thing could be a nightmare... I'm not sure how to handle it.
