Is MAX 'officially' over? There's very little GBC in the north anymore, they seem to be busy with the Goons. - Haakelen 16:12, 16 December 2008 (UTC)
- As far as I know. They're certainly not billing it as MAX any more.--Ix Forres 16:14, 16 December 2008 (UTC)
- I'll use past-tense in future edits, then, as I don't think GBC entities running roaming gangs in and out of Tribute falls under the umbrella of MAX.--Haakelen 16:21, 16 December 2008 (UTC)
As a member of GBC I would say it is over. But we might see somekind of relunch later on but right now it's just roaming gangs etc and not at all that coordinated mayhem it was at the startup.

Trypho For your interest; MAX was purely a marketing term for a new way to do warfare in EVE - the name itself more or less stands for a philosophy. We still try to deal as much damage as possible without personally owning space (except for docking and moon mining), and that`s exactly what we were doing when we fought RA/IRON/MM and Goons now.
I believe this still falls under MAX, we haven`t even been home ever since we left Delve!

Do not add Traderjohn's mothership to the tally of supercapitals lost. This MS was killed during the MO node crash fiasco and subsequently reimbursed. However, since our killboard parses other killboards automatically, like a zombie it keeps rising from the dead again and again no matter how many times we delete it, since it is on many other killboards as well. We have effectively given up on an accurate accounting on this issue. It should however be noted what the reality is.
