Then when talking about system security, mention that even highly negative security status pilots can (briefly) enter and act in high security space. So it isn't outside the realm of possible for a -10.0 pirate to kill a new player in a 1.0 security status system, if the -10.0 pirate is quick about it. |

Intro paragraph
Should begin with "The only truly safe place for a pilot's ship(s) is in dock. Once undocked, any ship can be attacked and potentially destroyed regardless of the system security." Then when talking about system security, mention that even highly negative security status pilots can (briefly) enter and act in high security space. So it isn't outside the realm of possible for a -10.0 pirate to kill a new player in a 1.0 security status system, if the -10.0 pirate is quick about it.
