Heya. Abel Jarek as a character is part of official EVE lore, and what I suspect happened is that we just took a preexisting page on him and incorporated it into the official canon. We would've had to create the page anyway, so I'll let it stand as it is :-)--CCP Abraxas 13:03, 26 February 2013 (GMT)
