Hello CCP Ginger and CCP Abraxas,

I hope that holiday is treating you well. I just have a quick request to make. I see that currently, the page for the "Cross of the Sacred Throne" has been "locked." May I ask the reasoning for the lock and why all other database items are purview to changes?

As you may have known, the item, | Cross of the Sacred Throne Order has years of history behind it and I believe it could greatly benefit from having its historical account written on the EVElopedia. I've compiled years of forum threads and have written the historical account of the item in the old EVElopedia, but it seems like the change did not carry through in the new EVElopedia.

Would it be possible if you could kindly either 1) Unlock the current site for the Cross of the Sacred throne for future revision or 2) Use the old version (http://wiki.eveonline.com/wikiEN/index.php?title=Cross_of_the_Sacred_Throne_Order&oldid=137718) and have it locked? Please kindly let me know! It's been my ultimate goal to write a "historical account" of all the super unique and rare items in the game.

Heya Antiquarian. Check out my recent dev blogs for more information on why we've locked down the Fiction Portal. As part of that lockdown, we've removed anything that wasn't CCP-sanctioned lore.

That being said, the revision you linked to was well-written and had excellent references, and as you've made a perfectly reasonable request for us to take it under review, I'll happily add it to Mercury's list of articles in need of rewrites.I can't guarantee that the text will change in the very near future - the article list is extremely long - but it'll definitely get done at some point :-) --CCP Abraxas 13:25, 4 February 2012 (GMT)
