This is a template for expeditions that escalate from Unrated Combat sites.
Available parameters
- name
- The name of the expedition
appearing within).
- sec
- The security ratings of the space within which the expedition appears.
- regions
- The regions of space within which the expedition appears.
- steps
- The maximum number of escaltion steps for this expedition.
- rat
- The name of the faction associated with the expedition (almost always the faction of the ships
