There are three reasons this plex can make you good money: Bounty prizes (gurantee), faction drop (gurantee, in second room), and escelation (possible).
It is not easy in a battlecruiser or down. In the first room you will encounter heavy neuting power from small cruisers and high dps from the 8 BSs that are there at first.
Do not kill the Spy drone until you're ready, as he is a trigger for the next wave and it's difficult enough to handle one wave at a time. Use that as a rule throughout this entire complex.
First room is relatively simple, destroying named BS opens the gate. In the next room there is heavy webbing and scrambling, destroying the Elder Corpii Stasis Drones is the trigger for the next spawn. Be careful, as destroying them too quickly can result in a ship being overwhelmed by neuting. Possible in any battlecruiser with management of triggers.
Attacking the Blood Cathedral triggers the faction spawn and possible escalation, which can lead to Pithum A-Type loot.
