Guristas Sanctum is a cosmic anomaly of moderate difficulty, found in the areas inhabited by the Guristas Pirates.
All enemies will aggro upon warping to the anomaly. There are 5 waves, with each new wave spawned by killing the battleship class NPCs of the previous spawn.

- 3x Pithior Guerilla (Frigate class)
- 3x Pith Massacrer (Battleship class)
Group 2
- 3x Pithatis Enforcer (Battlecruiser class)
- 4x Pith Usurper (Battleship class)
Group 3
- 4x Dire Pithum Nullifier (Cruiser class) (jam)
- 3x Pith Massacrer (Battleship class)
Group 4
- 4x Dire Pithi Arrogator (Frigate class) (web/scram)
- 4x Pith Usurper (Battleship class)
Group 5
- 2x Dire Pithi Arrogator (Frigate class) (web/scram)
- 3x Dire Pithum Inferno(Cruiser class)
- 3x Pith Massacrer (Battleship class)

in the last group there is a chance for a DreadGurista to spawn
Also while you killing the last group there can be an escalation to THE MAZE
