Faction Frigates are specialized frigates built with specific technologies from corporate sponsors giving them a distinctive unique edge over other similar classed ships.

Many of these ships are significantly more expensive and prove more difficult to acquire as they are only given out as a favor or stolen outright.

Skills required to properly fly these ships is also known to be much higher than the standard ships sometimes even requiring multiple frigate licensing.
