Epic Mission Arcs
Epic mission arcs are composed of a series of branching missions. Unlike a standard mission series, epic mission arcs present the player with one or more choices along the way. The player has to choose one of two or more missions at certain points within the mission line. There are several paths through each mission arc, with each branch presenting the player with different missions and rewards.

Faction: Gallente
Corporation: Impetus
Agent: Roineron Aviviere
Agent Level: 4
Location: Dodixie
Impetus
Impetus
- This is the travel mission you get when you talk to Roineron Aviviere the first time.
Tolle Scar Objectives
- This is the first combat mission you get after reaching Gian Parele. Fight against rogue drones.
Priority One
- Second combat mission in the next system over. Fight against Minmatar Republic (rogue, so no standing loss).
Averon Exchange
- Third combat mission two hops away. Fight against Mercenaries.
Different Kind of Director
- Travel mission 8 hops away.
Assistance
- Difficult fight against Mercenaries
At warp in you are about 35K from Audelle Roire whom you were sent to see. When get near to him, this triggers the first spawn which was pretty bad.
Spawn 1 contains: 3 Mercenary Wingman frigates 4 Elite Fighter frigates 6 Pator 6 Cruisers 12 Mercenary Overlord BS
Spawn 2 1 Mercenary Overlord - appeared when I finished killing the last BS
Spawn 3 2 Mercenary Overlord - appeared after I killed spawn 2
Mission flagged complete when I was locked by the last spawn
Notes
The first spawn appears right on top of you and auto-aggros. I was webbed within seconds by at least 3 frigates. The incoming damage was obscene so I initiated warp out immediately. With 5 tech II armor hardeners (2 therm II, 2 Kin II, and 1 Exp II) and 2 LAR IIs running I was in half armor by the time I warped out.
I decided to be a wuss and use a range tank. I warped in at 100, and used Warden IIs to take out the frigates and the Pator 6. By this time the 12 BS were on top of me, so I left and warped back at 200K. The rats did not aggro at this range and moved back towards mission origin.
From that point forward I warped in and out to 120K and 100K ranges to clean out the rest of the BSes, I used sentries a few times to take out 3-5 BS at a time until I could tank the room, then let them approach and used Ogre IIs.
High or Low Road
- First decision tree: high or low sec
High Sec choice
Into the Black
- High sec decision leads to a travel mission 7 hops away
Poor Man's Shakedown
- Combat mission to scare some people on giving you a lead
The first room contains a number of objects and a gate. Destroy habitation modules, bunkers or micro colony structures one by one.
Some structures do not trigger or drop anything. Others drop random trade goods or ammo and trigger small spawns of Minmatar ships ranging from 1-3 cruisers and 1-3 BS. They are fairly easy to tank but you may warp to bookmarks at any range in this level if you need to.
Killing a BS in one of the spawns dropped a shanty town gate key to unlock the acceleration to get to the next level.
The second level is similar except that the spawns appear to contain more BS and fewer cruisers. One of the spawns contained battleships accompanied by a single cruiser named the Elder. Destroying the Elder triggers mission completion.
notes: After being surprised by the huge initial DPS in the previous kill mission, I overtanked this so cannot give much info on a useful fit. I completed this in a Dominix with Dual LAR II, DC II, Exp II, Therm II, and a pair of 1600mm plates. There were a couple of spawns in which the dual reppers could not keep up until a few ships had been killed, but higher resists without the plates would probably have held.
Underground Circus
- Fight your way through a den of sin to find your way.
Intaki Chase
- Intimidate a group to find your target.
Rat in a Corner
- Travel to new agent in Mesybier.
Scoping The Scene (low sec choice)
Outside the Scope
- Low sec decision leads to a travel mission 7 hops away, last 2 hops in low sec.
Hidden Camera
- Plant a Covert Recording Device in a storage warehouse
Rendezvous
- Observe the meeting between the Pator 6 and their associates. Retrieve any evidence you have of the kid's whereabouts.
Handoff
- Dropp off the evidence at one of our satellite stations.
With Authority
- Report to Ascain Adeset in Mesybier.
Inertia
Places to Hide
- Second decision tree: high sec, travel through low sec, or lead into low sec.
- Little Fingers
High sec decision, stay where you are
- Oldest Profession
Leads through low sec to Archavoinet
- Octomet Plantation
Leads to low sec travel starting in Seyllin
Carry On
- Fighting NPC Freighters for lots of Water, Rocket Fuel, and Oxygen
Studio I
- Another combat mission where you blow up a station
Showtime
- Another combat mission where you blow stuff up.
Where's the Line?

Everybody Has a Price
- Combat mission with rewards of Syndicate Cloaking Device
Safe Returns
- Combat mission with rewards of Black Eagle Drone Link Augmentor
END OF MISSION
Pilot notations
Make any notations you want to pass along to future pilots of this line
In completing this mission, I followed the high sec line, and returned the pilot safely. I received approximately 134 mil isk, 22k m^3 in parts, reduced to 94 mil in minerals & 1525 salvage, and a 20-50 mil item. Estimated value 260mil for 19 missions. Main flew in Golem, Secondary flew in Orca to transport stuff and dragged a Basilisk to help with unknown tanking situations.--Kismeteer 15:13, 1 September 2009 (UTC)
Redisgn a little the page, put some other choice -- Eleanor Arroway 21:06, 13 September 2009 (UTC)
Replacing my earlier interim comment, I have now completed the full low sec arc (not the middle choice of flying through lowsec). It should be solo-able.
(1) All low sec combat missions were completed solo with a PVE fit Retribution (4 medium pulse, offline salvager, afterburner, 2 heat sinks, 2 resists, 1 repper, no rigs). Opposition comprised of cruiser class Serpentis and Syndicate (Serpentis with capwar). I had to fit a cap injector specifically for one mission with heavy capwar. My recommendation to pilots is to use a normal pvp-fit AF and don't use a mission setup like I did. Despite these being missions, the heavy capwar makes them more like PVP encounters. They are not difficult.
(2) Highsec part no trouble at all with a Dominix except that I called in a friend for one spawn in the "Showtime" mission as I use a T2 fit (not faction) hence needed multiple warp-outs. The tank would not hold vs the Pator-6 Elite Battleships in "Showtime" but they took 45 seconds to put me into structure from full armor (survived due to damage control). A rough calculation of 7800 armor in 45 seconds at approximately 80% resist (damage types uncertain) puts the damage at 900 dps above my rep rate so a faction or deadspace fit should not need warp-out. My fit was 2 reppers, 4 resists, 1 damage control in low slots; cap recharger and omnidirectional tracking in mid slots; single gun in high slots with salvagers, tractors, and drone range links. CCC and ANP rigs. When remote repping was applied, the tank held with 3 large RR, one local rep and no armor bots.
(3) Mission order (after 1st decision tree) Outside the Scope, Hidden Camera, Rendezvous, Handoff, With Authority, Places to Hide, Octomet Plantation, Carry On, Studio 1, Showtime, Where is the Line

I chose the Safe Returns option at the end and I got a 12% faction standings increase with Gallente, no effect on any other faction. -- Lem Skall 01:53, 19 September 2010 (UTC)
Solo'd the arc in a PVE T2 fit Maelstrom. No real trouble, once you find the right fit : against Syndicate Battleships (Hyperion, Dominix, Megathron) I used 3 kinetic and 2 Thermal resistance + 1 X-large SB II, and shot RF phased plama (thermal dmg). Against Typhoon, Tempest, Maelstrom I used explosion and EM damage resistance and shot RF fusion (explosive dmg). I only once went to armor, but overall it's mostly wrap in wrap out until you shoot down enough BS to be able to maintain the shield with a few SB pulses once in a while. 8 1200 AC II from 50km will do the trick, with the proper RF ammo. The only real disappointment is that I expected Minmatar standings increase, based on some forum entries... I should have visited this place first. Jojocool 17 January 2011
